ABOUT ME
The Full Story

I believe that the most inspiring aspect of teaching Pilates is witnessing people strengthening their physical capabilities while at the same time enhancing their broader wellbeing.


I have  found a new respect for each person’s physical intelligence, and learned that science can help every person move better regardless of their shape, age or fitness level.  Every individual can find the best movement suited to their body - there is no "right" or "wrong".  For example, I have very tight hamstrings and touching my toes is not always possible! 


All classes are planned around your needs specifically.  I hold a Certificate IV in Mat/Reformer and a Diploma in Clinical Pilates.

I love spending time with my family, walking the dogs or just enjoying the outdoors.  Coffee is my best friend!
